An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Preservation & Punch List Supervisor to support the execution of a major offshore topsides project. The role requires strong coordination and oversight of preservation procedures and punch list management to ensure construction milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor contractor punch list activities during the construction phase through to Ready for Commissioning (RFC).

Ensure preservation measures are correctly implemented from storage to installation and pre-commissioning stages.

Validate that punch list data from all disciplines is accurately recorded and regularly updated.

Verify compliance with all safety protocols, construction standards, and quality requirements.

Support the preparation and delivery of daily and weekly progress reports.

Maintain strong communication with site teams and provide supervision as needed.

Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of punch items.
Requirements:

Associate’s degree or higher qualification (e.g., BS, HND, BTS) in a technical discipline or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction or preservation supervision roles.

At least 5 years’ experience on offshore topsides or related oil & gas projects.

Strong working knowledge of construction methodologies, punch list procedures, and contractor inspection practices.

Familiarity with piping isometrics, general arrangement drawings, and construction work sequences.

Understanding of relevant international standards and codes (e.g., AWS, API).

Familiar with OPERCOM methodology and digital punch list tools or databases.

Offshore training certifications (e.g., TBOSIET, H2S) are mandatory.

Proficient in basic computer software (word processing, spreadsheets, email).

Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
