Job Title: Fabrication Specialist
Location: Qatar – Onshore
Assignment Type: Secondment Contract
Contract Duration: 36 Months (until 2028)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 10 hours/day
Work Schedule: 6 days/week (approx. 26 days/month)

Job Purpose

Provide oversight of contractor fabrication and construction activities to ensure project assets are built in line with company policies, procedures, specifications, and performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale construction projects.

• Background in Oil & Gas, LNG, or heavy industrial construction environments.

• Prior exposure to contractor and service company operations in fabrication/construction settings.

Technical & Business Skills:

• Proficient understanding of design standards, specifications, international codes, and safety regulations relevant to fabrication projects.

• Solid knowledge of offshore and onshore facilities, yard operations, and construction methods.

• Familiarity with execution risks specific to sour gas and LNG production.

• Strong experience in project execution, including planning, inspection, and HSE compliance.

• Ability to work within large operating organizations and collaborate cross-functionally.
