This Position reports to:
Engineering Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

• Coordinate technical studies (automation, mechanical, general installation) throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-project to commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments in terms of quality, cost, deadlines, safety, and environment.
• Lead technical reviews, manage subcontractors, and support client acceptance processes.
• Maintain technical communication with clients and provide support to site teams.

Qualifications for the Role

• Degree (Bac +2/3) in a technical field (automation, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or industrial IT)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project coordination or engineering
• Proficiency in tools such as SmartPlant 3D, SolidWorks, MicroStation, industrial networks, instrumentation, and LV/MV electrical systems
• Strong leadership, customer orientation, collaboration, and intercultural sensitivity
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel in France and internationally
