About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Construction Engineer to support complex construction activities across onshore, offshore, and decommissioning projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring construction works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project standards and timelines.
You will be a key member of the Engineering team, working in close collaboration with construction, procurement, planning, and operations functions. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to drive effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert construction engineering input across the full lifecycle of onshore, offshore, and decommissioning projects.
• Coordinate readiness of construction deliverables with engineering, procurement, and planning teams.
• Support the development and review of construction and commissioning work packs.
• Participate in constructability reviews and advise on optimal construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Provide on-site technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist in planning and mobilization of vendor resources for project execution.
• Support resolution of technical and design issues while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Attend planning and coordination meetings, tracking construction progress and aligning schedules.
• Monitor material requirements and delivery schedules, highlighting any risks to execution.
• Produce weekly construction progress reports, including risk assessments and mitigation actions.
• Prepare documentation for offshore campaigns, including SIMOPS and PTW contributions.
• Deliver technical clarifications and field engineering support during site execution.
• Contribute to HAZID workshops and provide construction insights to reduce project risk.

Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications:

• Technical diploma in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.

Experience:

• Extensive relevant industry experience, including previous work in a similar senior engineering role.
• Proven track record in both greenfield and brownfield projects, including offshore, onshore, and decommissioning scopes.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in construction planning, work pack development, and field execution.
• Proficient in construction codes, practices, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
