We are looking for a Built Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE - Site

Start Date: Jun 2025

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Relevant Experience: 8 +
• Language Preference: English
• Certification Require: Certification/work experience in SMART Plant software' s.
• Other requirement: Experience in MS Office, PDF usage.

Services Description

• Ability to develop Engineering drawings from site visit sketches and markup.
• Experience in developing the flow line/pipeline route sketch based on the survey inputs.
• Knowledge in preparing P&ID's, Piping Layouts/Civil Layout, Fabrication Drawings, Piping Isometric drawings etc.
• Minimum knowledge in 3D drawings and presentations.
• Re-Verification of redline markup with site.
• Coordination With each discipline engineer, Vendor for As-Built Drawings and documents Submission and Comments Incorporation.
• Coordination with COMPANY for review and approval of as built documents.
• Responsible for As-Built Red line Markup on the Latest Issued IFC / AFC drawings
• Responsible for Preparation of Field Change Control Procedure and As Built / Mark Up Procedure.
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining an organized file system for construction drawings, red line markup and as-built drawings.
• Communication skills in English.
• Hand-on experience for final documentation handover procedures
