Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist to join our team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy projects and a passion for promoting safety and sustainability in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for renewable energy projects
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Provide training and support to employees on HSE matters
• Investigate incidents and near misses, and develop corrective actions
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management
• Experience working on renewable energy projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in HSE management is preferred
