Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy projects and a passion for promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE programs and policies in compliance with local regulations and company standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Provide HSE training and guidance to employees and contractors
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Certification in HSE management (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred
