We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor - Electrical for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 12 months - extendable based on project requirement - Contract Hire

Work Schedule: Working on site will be 8 to 10-hour shifts

Work Status: Single

Qualification and Experience Required:

• 5 and above years of experience in the field
• Site experience is a must.
• Experience with Adnoc on site and Adnoc approved is highly preferred.
• Requiring maximum one month notice.
• Worked for EPCM Oil and gas companies for minimum 5 years
• ISO certificate is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or other relevant engineering disciplines.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.

Services Description

• Prepare Detailed Cost Estimates for electrical installations, equipment, and systems across all project stages.
• Review Electrical Drawings and specifications to determine quantities and pricing for materials and labor.
• Monitor Project Budgets and ensure financial performance is in line with planned targets.
• Assess Contractor/Subcontractor Claims and certify progress payments in accordance with contract terms.
• Track Variations and Change Orders, ensuring accurate pricing, approvals, and documentation.
• Prepare Final Accounts and Reports, ensuring timely and accurate project closeout and financial reconciliation.
