Position Summary:

- This Role includes delivery of services on time, safety and with the highest quality possible.
- Where qualifies the position supports training, Technique development, and delivery of specialized services utilizing automated and computerized inspection systems.
- Customer service oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Complexity, Decision-Making, Problem Solving
- Must be able to climb ladders and carry inspection equipment/ RT sources.
- Must be comfortable in confined spaces.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- The ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Experience with isometric drawing of piping systems (Desired)
- Experience in a customer service focused organization.
- Strong customer service communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work independently, in a safe and effective manner with minimal direction and supervision in a procedure driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications)
- High School Diploma
- Technical Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years in the industry
Environmental/Working Conditions
- The position consists of a standard 40 hr workweek, with overtime as the customer requires and during turnaround periods. Minimum travel is required.
- Must be comfortable in confined spaces and willing to wear SCBA (Self containing breathing apparatus) on a semi-routine basis.

- PT
- MT
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a Background Security check.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit/stand for long periods of time; routinely walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must be able to lift push, pull and/or move more than 50 pounds occasionally.
- Work Environment: The physical environment for this position requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions in extreme temperatures and weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Double hearing protection is occasionally required.
