• Keep safety front and center-OSHA compliance is a must
• Help maintain clean, professional job sites and vehicles

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or GED
• The drive to learn and grow in the solar industry
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions
• Physical stamina-able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on roofs
• A commitment to safety and teamwork
• Bonus for Tech II: Electrical installation experience
