The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Test and Evaluation (T&E) Practitioner to join our dynamic Engineering team. In this role, you will coordinate and execute assigned test and evaluation activities, ensuring alignment between technical artifacts and broader program objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning, management, and reporting of T&E efforts throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and report on various test and evaluation activities, including developmental, acceptance, operational, and in-service testing.
  • Develop and maintain Test and Evaluation Strategies, Master Plans, and related documentation.
  • Conduct risk management, verification, and validation activities.
  • Provide expert advice on T&E processes, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to ensure integrated delivery of program objectives.
  • Draft and review T&E reports and contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies.

As the ideal candidate you will bring:
  • Extensive experience in test and evaluation within complex system environments.
  • Strong knowledge of T&E frameworks, strategies, and lifecycle application.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement T&E plans and strategies.
  • Experience providing professional advice related to system assurance and certification.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks with limited supervision.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in test and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering and capability delivery processes.
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances

Desirable:
  • Advanced Test & Evaluation Practitioner accreditation.
  • Current and active T&E accreditation.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering policies and program governance frameworks.

All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance. Only candidates holding a NV1 Clearance or above should apply.
