EngineeringWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pipeline Engineer with extensive experience in offshore rigid pipeline and riser design to join our cleint's engineering team for major offshore oil & gas developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and delivery of subsea pipeline systems in both shallow and deepwater environments, ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform pipeline design and engineering activities from concept through detailed design.
- Conduct feasibility studies, routing, stress analysis, on-bottom stability, and hydrodynamic assessments.
- Ensure full compliance with offshore pipeline design codes and standards (DNV ST F101, DNV ST F201, ASME B31.8, ASME B31.4, API STD 2RD, API RP 1111, ISO 13623).
- Interface with geotechnical, structural, installation, and HSE teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, procedures, and reports.
- Support fabrication and installation phases, including review of contractor deliverables and offshore operations.
- Participate in technical reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, design reviews) and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore rigid pipeline and riser design – Expert level.
- Advanced experience in onshore pipeline design and application of relevant codes (ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, ISO 13623).
- Fully knowledgeable in offshore pipeline design standards and codes, including:
- DNV ST F101, DNV ST F201
- ASME B31.8, ASME B31.4
- API STD 2RD, API RP 1111
- ISO 13623 and related references
- Strong understanding of installation methods (S-lay, J-lay, reel-lay) and associated engineering.
- Proficient in engineering software tools (e.g., OrcaFlex, Caesar II, ABAQUS, AutoPIPE, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) – Expert level.
- Language Requirement: English – Expert level
Possible Travel: Asia, Europe, North America, Central America, South America, Oceania, Middle East, Africa – Occasionally
