This Position reports to:
Service Manager

Key responsibilities

• Close and trusting cooperation with site managers, fitters and switchgear technicians
• Timely and safe connection following maintenance measures or after troubleshooting - including the tailor-made modification of our switchgear products
• Consistent consideration of relevant safety regulations
• Creation and revision of maintenance protocols and documentation, process procedures and specifica-tions
• Routine instruction of customer staff

Qualifications for the role

• Successful training with an electrical engineering background, for example as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician or electrician
• Ideally, first professional experience in the field of energy technology
• Excellent written and spoken German and good English
• Flexible, assertive personality who thinks like an entrepreneur, convinces with a clear customer orienta-tion and skilfully deals with different cultures
