This Position reports to:
Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team. This professional will be responsible for developing Electrical Engineering projects focused on gas-insulated medium voltage panels, working on the planning, execution, and monitoring of each phase, ensuring the agreed-upon quality, safety, cost, and timeline.

• Develop medium complexity electrical engineering projects or parts of larger projects, defining scope, schedule, and monitoring all phases.
• Evaluate, select, and apply engineering techniques and procedures, preparing execution plans and supply lists.
• Implement and oversee projects according to scope and schedule, ensuring quality and productivity standards.
• Conduct technical studies, prepare reports, and propose improvements to meet project demands.
• Perform technical inspections and keep manuals and project-related documents updated.
• Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies, preparing budgets for proposals and presentations.
• Support contract management, including scope changes, risk analysis, and claims.
• Assess risks and opportunities, ensure corrective actions, and develop progress reports for management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Control and Automation Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with specification and electrical design of medium voltage panels.
• Experience with Intelligent Electronic Devices (IED) for protection and control.
• Knowledge of EPLAN and AutoCAD.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) medium voltage panels.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency.
