This Position reports to:
Workshop and Repair Center Coordinator
About the role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to repair a wide range of standardized drive units and assemblies. Every day, you will ensure the best possible and most cost-effective solution to problems. You will also demonstrate your expertise by working according to the first-time-right approach and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in accordance with quality standards.
The working model for this role is: on-site.
This role contributes to Motion Traction in Untersiggenthal.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Repairing components and devices and testing assemblies and systems.
- Compliance with specifications regarding quality, quantities, deadlines, and occupational safety.
- Collaboration with other departments to solve problems and make suggestions for improvements.
- Updating important work documents.
You will be part of a dynamic, talented, high-performing team where you can develop and work successfully.
Qualifications for the role
- You have completed vocational training as an automation engineer, electrical engineer, electronics technician, or comparable training.
- You have more than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field and ideally additional training in energy technology.
- You have in-depth knowledge of SAP and IT, which is an advantage.
- You are responsible and have strong social skills.
- You communicate fluently in German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
