Onsite Quantity Surveyor – RC Transformation Project (Grandpuits Refinery)

Location: Grandpuits, France (100% site-based – no teleworking)

Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is supporting a major Ongoing RC Transformation project at the Grandpuits Refinery, currently in the construction phase. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team on-site under an EPCm scheme, supporting transversal coordination and complex contract management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all quantity surveys submitted by contractors
• Estimate, verify, and anticipate quantities to support cost control and material forecasting
• Review contract elements, execution schemes, and consult with internal stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor works and progress valuations for payment
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance
• Evaluate and respond to change requests, remesurable dossiers, claims, and counterclaims
• Support lessons learned consolidation and contribute to value engineering
• Play a key role in risk identification, mitigation, and contract strategy execution

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects involving remesurable-type contracts
• Strong understanding of contractual issues including claims and disputes
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is highly recommended; Italian is a plus
• Must be available to work 100% onsite at Grandpuits – no remote option
