On behalf of a oil major client WRS are searching for a Departure Management Services FTWG operations for a capital gas project in Algeria. The role will be offered on a 12 month renewable contract working on a rotational basis.

Goals and deliverable
Ensure the safety of operations, curative or preventive interventions carried out on the production center.
Ensure production in terms of quantity, quality according to the contractual commitments of the associated products by GTFT and external laboratory analyses.
Maximize the recovery of shipped products: gas, LPG and condensate by continuously optimizing process settings.
Maintain maximum plant availability/reliability by coordinating operation and maintenance activities
Ensure the implementation and revision of processes related to the operation (operating procedures, work permits, inhibitions, isolation, etc.).
Responsible for the various reports carried out by the operations and process departments (material balance, trip report, MAP analysis, etc.).
Ensure that a team spirit is maintained with all the employees of the entity in order to be more efficient.
To develop employees in international standard working methods and to help them progress technically and maintain a team spirit.
