CPY SPS Onshore Base Representative – Suriname
Location: Paramaribo, Suriname (rotational)
Start Date: 1st September 2025 (initial onboarding in Paris)
Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable up to 2028)

About the Role Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is seeking a highly experienced CPY SPS Onshore Base Representative to support a major offshore development project in Block 58, Suriname. The successful candidate will represent the Company (CPY) at the SPS Contractor’s Onshore Base in Paramaribo, ensuring HSE excellence, operational integrity, and quality delivery of onshore and offshore support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all SPS onshore activities, ensuring alignment with TotalEnergies’ HSE standards and quality expectations.
• Supervise contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance and lead visible site presence.
• Support receival, testing, maintenance, storage, and offshore preparation of SPS equipment and tooling.
• Interface between SPS contractors and offshore operations (Drilling, Completion, Installation, FPSO).
• Track and validate service orders, timesheets, tooling readiness, and equipment traceability.
• Ensure continuous technical and operational reporting to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to local content follow-up and procurement coordination under SPS contracts.
• Mobilise offshore when required.

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Duties

• Promote and enforce TotalEnergies' HSE policies and STOP WORK authority.
• Conduct and verify risk assessments, toolbox talks, and compliance reviews.
• Uphold and model exemplary behaviour under H3SE rules and Code of Conduct.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience, with at least 15 years in offshore/subsea projects.
• In-depth knowledge of subsea production systems (Wellheads, XTs, SCM, Controls).
• Strong HSE, planning, and organisational competencies.
• Prior experience with SPS Contractors and offshore operations essential.
• Fluent English (Dutch/French a plus).

• Initial onboarding phase in Paris (Sept–Oct 2025).
• Rotation-based assignment in Suriname.
