Senior Fabrication Supervisor (Civil, Structural & Architectural)

Project Overview
A major cross-border crude oil infrastructure project is underway to support regional energy development. This role involves supervising large-scale civil, structural, and architectural works during the construction phase.

Role Summary
The Senior Fabrication Supervisor will oversee on-site fabrication and construction activities, ensuring they meet all technical, safety, and quality standards. Reporting to the AGI Lot representative, the role supports field execution, contractor performance monitoring, and work compliance across multiple packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect structural and civil works to ensure compliance with specifications
• Review drawings and coordinate with contractors to ensure correct implementation
• Conduct inspections including pre-pour approvals and fabrication checks
• Monitor construction schedules, progress, and interface coordination
• Support safe work practices and enforce HSE standards
• Assist with resolution of technical issues and non-conformances
• Review materials, lifting plans, and documentation to ensure readiness and compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent field experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural/civil construction on Oil & Gas or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, foundations, steel fabrication, and associated construction practices
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiar with international construction standards and QA/QC processes
• Fluent in English; capable of working in a multicultural environment
• Able to lead teams, liaise with contractors, and report daily on progress and issues
