Job Advertisement: Lead Planning & Reporting – Major FPSO Project (Residential, France)
Location: La Défense, France
Start Date: 01 August 2025/Flexible
Duration: 1-year renewable
Work Pattern: 5 days/week, residential
A leading global operator is seeking a Lead Planning & Reporting Engineer to support the execution of a fast-track offshore development project involving a spread-moored FPSO with subsea production, water injection, and gas reinjection facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain planning and reporting tools, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Lead planning discipline across project packages, ensuring consistency in execution.
  • Coordinate the development and integration of the overall deterministic and risked project schedule.
  • Analyze project critical paths and propose mitigation or optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with risk, cost, and package managers to support risk analyses and contingency planning.
  • Prepare and deliver internal and external progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Facilitate cost forecasting, EFC updates, and trend analysis during all project phases (EPCIC).
  • Support cost control functions for the FPSO scope in coordination with finance and project control teams.
  • Promote HSE, ethics, and integrity in all activities.
Profile Requirements:
  • Proven experience in planning and reporting for large FPSO or upstream oil & gas projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP (UNISUP), and MS Excel.
  • Skilled in quantitative risk analysis and progress measurement.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in English, solution-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
