This Position reports to:
Workshop Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Service Workshop Manager, and daily work direction of the Team Lead, the Service Repair Technician repairs a variety of breakers and subassemblies, ensuring the best possible, most cost-effective problem resolution, and assists in identifying and resolving quality and reliability problems, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Service delivery
• Performs workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing.
Customer focus
• Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.
• Acts with sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility.
Materials and supply
• Checks bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts for needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.
Documentation and reports
• Ensures the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.
Service excellence
• Proactively executes work on a first-time right approach and ensures the job is done on time and on quality.
• Identifies improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the way of working, communicates them proactively and drives small improvement actions.
Health, safety and integrity
• Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
• Reports unsafe practices and incidents.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

Qualifications for the role
- Intermediate or higher vocational training in electricity, electronics, electromechanics, etc.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar role, working as electrical technician.
- Dedication, commitment and ability to work in a team. Good social skills, ability to work autonomously and be resilient. A collaborative, solution-focused approach and team work oriented.
- Driver's license
- Basic level of English: especially for the handling of technical documentation at the written level.
- Office skills (Windows, Office suite, diagnostic tools, etc.
- Valuable: good electrical and mechanical capabilities.
- EU work permit.
