QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical education within mechanical and/or electro/instrumentation and/or process OR Tertiary education in an Engineering discipline
EXPERIENCE:
- Understand the upstream Oil and Gas Production Process
- Experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of commissioning and operating process units
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation, commissioning and start-up of units at sites and workshops both national and international, onshore and offshore
- Operation of process units, including optimizing processes, test etc.
- Instruct and train operating personnel at site.
- Plan, manage and execute service inspections of process units, including troubleshooting, optimizing of operation and tests as well as control of units.
- Contribute to sales and tenders to clients for Brownfield, spare parts, training & site service work.
- Participate in building and maintaining customer relationships for assigned region/market
- Actively promote of NOV products and services to clients and internally with NOV
- Travel globally as and when required
STRATEGIC SKILLS:
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the overall company strategy and LCS team strategy
- Able to utilise accrued business knowledge to strategically map a customer and develop plans to meet their needs.
- Capable of technically understanding NOV's portfolio of products and services in order to align them with the sales strategy.

- Take personal responsibility for HSE / own safety
- Follow defined rules and procedures to ensure services are executed in an efficient way and at a level of quality recognized by our client
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE and Quality within the company and everyday office environment
