This Position reports to:

We are looking for new team members to join the European Operations Center in Ostrava as an Automation Engineer.
This position is suitable both for recent graduates in technical fields and for experienced professionals interested in industrial control systems who want to gain experience on international projects.

Commissioning of control systems, designing tailor-made solutions for customers in collaboration with our team.
The European Operations Center in Ostrava is part of ABB's Process Automation division. It provides engineering services for units across Europe and employs over 700 people. It also includes a supply chain management center.

Your responsibilities:
- PLC programming
- Technical design and project solutions
- Commissioning of equipment at customer sites
- Active collaboration within the entire project team
Who we are looking for:
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree
- You have a good command of English (communication with customers and colleagues - phone, email, in person) - min. B1/B2
- You are comfortable working in an international team - daily use and improvement of English
- You are able to work independently
- You are open to occasional travel
