Job Requirement

KBR is looking for a Lead Engineer - Technology and Transformation (Maintenance) with LNG experience to be based in Abu Dhabi for a PMC project.

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Participate in technology workshops with all stake holders to capture expectations of End users and Management from technology solutions.
• Rationalize requirements after careful analysis of expected costs, Expected value and its Human impact.
• Interact with various technology providers
• Development of detailed scope of work.
• Review techno commercial proposals and prepare technical evaluation report.
• Review, comment and approve various Functional and design documents during execution of project.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. (Mechanical Engineering)
• 20+ years of experience, LNG, oil and gas industries.
• Good understanding of large compressors and parameters affecting its performance and reliability.
• 5+ years in performance monitoring
• Keen eye on technology and latest development in it.
• Well versed with office tools especially excel and power point.
• Excellent skills in decision making related to own accountabilities.
• Good management, coordination, negotiation and implementation skills
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of relevant software packages used by maintenance.
• Good knowledge of international HSE regulations and standards.
• Safeguard own Health and Safety, as well as that of the fellow employees, by paying attention to safe work practices, maintaining a safe work environment and complying with applicable HSE requirements.
