Your position and responsibilities:
- Performing warranty and post-warranty workshop repairs in accordance with procedures
- Informing customers about the progress of workshop work and its results
- Collaborating with the warehouse and courier companies to ensure efficient logistical support for the workshop
- Keeping records of spare parts stored in the service (replenishing service kits, reporting shortages, etc.) and service tools for the service team (creating tool lists, replenishing shortages, reporting needs). Coordinating issues related to personal protective equipment (ordering, verifying condition, and reporting needs), including protective clothing
- Calibrating measuring instruments and keeping records. Checking the condition and certification of power tools
- Ensuring order at the service station, including overseeing the proper disposal of materials
- Reporting and implementing improvements, changes, and procedures at the service station and throughout the workshop facilities
Qualifications for this position:
- Technical education, higher education preferred (preferred fields: Automation, Robotics, Electronics)
- Knowledge of automation and drive control systems
- Professional experience in a similar position is welcome
- Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of own work
- Independence, responsibility, and timeliness in performing tasks
- Valid category B driving license
- Ability to communicate with customers
- Good knowledge of English allowing for free communication in an international environment
