About the Role
Join a major operator in the energy sector as an Integrity Engineer, responsible for planning and coordinating inspection, maintenance, and repair activities across a wide range of static equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and availability of critical assets, supporting continuous plant operations and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Budgeting
- Prepare budgets and track inspection and integrity activities for the assigned plant
- Identify materials, tools, and resources needed for inspections
- Ensure planned activities align with safety and operational budgets
Inspection Strategy & Execution
- Lead and oversee inspections of static equipment in line with regulatory codes and industry best practices
- Formulate and implement corrosion and inspection policies
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures and develop mitigation plans
- Participate in shutdown planning, including inspection scoping, manpower, and work lists
- Review QA documentation and testing procedures for new equipment
- Develop procedures for advanced inspection techniques (e.g., ultrasonic, radiography, metallographic)
- Support the development of long-term integrity strategies
Turnaround & Reliability
- Supervise inspection works during shutdowns and major overhauls
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe execution
- Ensure schedules are updated and maintained for both new and existing equipment
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Prepare technical specifications for inspection services
- Participate in vendor evaluations and bid analysis
Policies, Systems & Procedures
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of integrity management procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal systems, quality standards, and legal regulations
HSE & Risk Management
- Promote and uphold safety practices across all inspection activities
- Support HSE initiatives, participate in incident investigations, and recommend improvements
- Ensure inspection activities meet health, safety, and environmental standards
Reporting & Communication
- Oversee the preparation of reports and performance documentation
- Maintain open communication with internal teams, contractors, and external service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years' experience in plant inspection/integrity roles in the oil, gas, or petrochemical sector
- At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
- Knowledge of codes and standards (API, ASME, etc.)
- Experience in inspection of compressors, pumps, turbines, and other static equipment
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms (SAP desirable)
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Sound understanding of HSE and quality control requirements
