We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team based in Madrid.

About the opportunity we offer:

As a Project Engineer, you will be in charge of the coordination of the design and requisitioning of the portion of work assigned (per several disciplines or project areas and/or facility unit) in accordance with Companys QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments (design data, codes, classes etc.), schedule and budget.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To ensure that engineering and requisitioning/subcontracting activities are developed according to schedule, man/hours, equipment and materials budget as well as contractual specifications.
• To ensure production of IFC engineering documents in due time & fit for purpose.
• To ensure timely reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor: follow up of activity, critical deviation of activities and/ or potential risks.
• To enforce QHSES corporate policies.
• To carrie out interdisciplinary consistency of design and requisitioning documents.
• To ensure that vendors documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time.
• To contribute in obtaining client approval on technical documents.
• To ensure the production of documents required for the permitting process (as required by contract and authorities).
• To ensure that all disciplines under his/her responsibility have all information and data to proceed with activities.
• To contribute to the definition of equipment lists.

About you:

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in Process, Engineering or Other technical disciplines involved in Project execution
• Fluency in English
