In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Work with the sales and customers to verify and understand the customer's quality issues, collect, and investigate the background of the failures, design and implement the failure analysis plan.
2. Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and factory teams on quality issue solving.
3. Own the cross-functional team on problem-solving and compile professional failure analysis reports.
4. Drive continuous improvement on product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
5. On-site support for the customer site when needed.
6. Other assignments by the company.

For This Role, You Will Need:

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. 3+ years of Quality/Manufacturing Engineering experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

1. Good written skills in Mandarin and English, verbal English skill is a plus.
2. Accept business travel if needed.
3. Quality and engineering mindset on problem-solving.
4. Ability to communicate and coordinate between the customer and internal multi-discipline teams.
