Job Summary:

The Completion workshop technician role is to maintain all workshop related activities to support Completion tools & Liner Hangers operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:

• Maintain inventory count & maintenance across all products.
• Arrange and equip Completion tools workshop with all necessary equipment to meet client requirements.
• Daily support to operations team meetings & planning
• Follow QMS on all workshop activities such as Receiving, Dispatching, Inspecting, Make up/Torque, Pressure test, Documenting, etc. as per procedure & process requirement per NOV standard & client standard.
• Continuous improvement to increase quality of customer service.
• Support manufacturing assembly of new products
• Ensure all qualified personal per competency system involved in workshop.
• Provide training of new NOV hired personal.
• Act as mentor for new trainees for workshop & assembly activity

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Demonstrate work experience for all workshop related activity.
• Proven solid Oil and Gas operations background.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness
• Knowledge company systems
• Knowledge of company workshop / operation process
• Communication, Team working skills.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

• Oil and Gas or related field.
• 5 years' experience in maintaining workshop activities.
• Liner Hangers & Completions equipment experience.
