Commissioning ICSS Leader – Gas Midstream Project
Location: United Arab Emirates (Resident Basis)

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning ICSS Leader to join the team. The project involves the development of a new gas processing facility designed to valorize flared associated gas and includes pipelines, gas processing, storage, and export infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning activities for all ICSS systems including ESD, F&G, SCADA, HIPS, and PLCs.
• Ensure safe and timely commissioning execution in coordination with EPC contractors and vendors.
• Supervise and support a dedicated ICSS commissioning team including PLC supervisors.
• Coordinate interface testing and inter-trip logic validation across multiple systems.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, SIL, and project-specific standards.
• Support punch list resolution and ICAPS database population.
• Liaise closely with construction, pre-commissioning, and field operations teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of ICSS commissioning experience in large Oil & Gas projects.
• Familiarity with major ICSS vendors (e.g., Schneider Tricon and I/A Series).
• Strong understanding of OPERCOM™ and ICAPS© methodology.
• Experience in functional analysis, SIF, and cybersecurity testing.
• Fluent in English.

Commissioning Electrical Leader – Gas Midstream Project Location: United Arab Emirates (Resident Basis)
We are currently recruiting a skilled Commissioning Electrical Leader to support the commissioning of electrical systems for a large-scale Gas Midstream infrastructure program.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and supervise commissioning activities for all electrical systems (above and below 20kV).
• Coordinate FATs, electrical testing, and energization with vendors and contractors.
• Act as Electrical Isolation Authority during commissioning phases.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and electrical safety procedures.
• Support documentation, ICAPS input, and handover readiness.
• Interface with operations, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in commissioning electrical systems on major Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong background working with vendors such as Schneider, ABB, or Siemens.
• Familiarity with OPERCOM™ and ICAPS© methodology.
• Certification in HV and LV electrical networks.
• Fluent in English.
