As a Mission Equipment Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for the dynamic offshore gear, ensuring it's always ready to meet the demands of the next big project.

This isn't about maintaining fixed systems, it's about mastering the specialized equipment that travels from vessel to vessel, adapting to each unique mission.

Function description

• Oversee the upkeep, certification, and readiness of mission-critical equipment between deployments. Use platforms like Maximo to track performance, schedule maintenance, and log repairs.
• Lead a small, skilled crew of technicians and coordinate external experts when needed.
• Manage equipment logistics across our global fleet using systems like Ops365. Avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth mobilization and demobilization.
• Collaborate during vessel prep phases to ensure safe, efficient equipment deployment - always aligned with QHSE-S standards.
• Keep budgets tight, spare parts stocked, and documentation (certificates, drawings, manuals) up to date.

Requirements

• A solid technical foundation, ideally in hydraulics or electro-mechanical systems
• Strong coordination and people management skills
• A hands-on mindset, flexibility, and a drive to keep learning
