We are looking for an ICSS Lead for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Doha, Qatar

Estimated Start Date: ASAP

Estimated End Date: 2027

Contract Duration: 36 Months

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

• 8 years of relevant experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.

Technical and Business Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams in offshore environments.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications. Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, pipeline, structural, instrument, telecom, piping and electrical.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Ensure that the Contractor's ICSS engineering for Topsides, Onshore Facilities (Offshore scope) comply with the Contract requirements including project codes and standards.
• Review and approve Contractor/Vendor ICSS engineering deliverables for Topsides and Onshore facilities (Offshore scope).
• Plan and schedule the ICSS engineering deliverables to enable efficient project execution, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with company operational policies, standards of business conduct and project management system.
• Participate in key design workshop and ensure that workshop recommendations are correctly implemented and actions closed (Cyber security workshop, Lessons Learned, Value Engineering, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, engineering criticality assessment, etc.).
• Ensure the seamless integration of various third-party packages into the ICSS.
• Develop and review control and safety systems, cause and effects, shutdown hierarchy requirements, system control narratives.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts across relevant disciplines involved in the delivery of the ICSS systems related to Topsides and ensures endorsement of technical deviations to Company specifications when required.
• Supervise the Engineering interface for control & safety systems between Topsides , Onshore Facilities (Offshore scope) and Onshore Project team. Monitor and co-ordinate timely closing of all interface aspects, related to integration of ICSS with other projects.
• Attend FATs/SAT for ICSS and support field commissioning activities/site queries.
• Co-ordination / development of procedures for smooth handover of ICSS package to operations.
