This Position reports to:
Field Service Team Leader

Key responsibilities

• Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently
• Identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity for Motors&Generators
• Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions
• HSE procedure has to be followed
• Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews
• Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods
• Frequent domestic travelling will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites. Very punctual international travelling might also be required for training purposes or special customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical/Electronic or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Knowlodge for vibration measurement and analysis (CAT I certificated) will be considered an advantage
• Knowlodge Electrical test and mechanical Maintenance for industrial HV/LV Motor&Generator
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
• Turkish knowledge is a must
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates. Only on specific and pre-fixed schedule, availability to work during weekends and public holidays to provide 7/24 support. Up to 70% travel required
• Driving license at least type B
