This Position reports to:
EL Product Marketing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to repair a variety of standard drive units and subassemblies. Each day, you will ensure the best possible and most cost-effective problem resolution. You will also showcase your expertise by executing work as per first-time right approach and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area (Electrical Vehicle Chargers & UPS) in our Metamorphossis premises, Attica.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Performing workshop tasks such as panel assembly, wiring, testing, repairs.
• Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines and participating in technical constructions and equipment preparation for client projects.
• Managing the workshop warehouse by receiving, recording, organizing and monitoring inventory.
• Applying quality and safety procedures in the workshop and contributing to workflow improvements and organizational suggestions.

Qualifications for the role:

• Degree (TEI/IEK) or equivalent training in Electrical Engineering field
• Up to 2 years of experience in a technical or warehouse role will be considered a plus
• You are at ease communicating in Greek & English language
• Highly adept in MS Office tools (e.g. excel, Outlook). Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of tools, measuring instruments and technical standards.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong communication skills
