This role involves managing post-delivery technical support cases and coordinating resolution efforts across internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will oversee issue tracking, validation, and closure processes related to extended scope components in large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with the client for all post-delivery technical issues during the support period.
- Represent the company on-site for outstanding items following project handover (e.g., commissioning, inspections, punch lists).
- Maintain and update the issue tracking system.
- Assess and validate client-reported issues against contractual obligations.
- Lead initial investigations into reported technical concerns.
- Coordinate internal reviews and responses for core and extended scope components (e.g., rotating equipment, auxiliary systems).
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to evaluate claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate internal reviews to confirm technical solutions, cost estimates, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with regional teams to plan and execute support activities, including labor, tooling, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Implement project-level tracking systems for cost, schedule, and delivery performance.
- Resolve disputed issues in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Manage the full lifecycle of support cases, from funding and procurement to execution and closure.
- Initiate and follow through on technical case submissions and resolutions.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings to review open items, delivery schedules, and status updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Hands-on experience with installation, operation, or technical support of energy infrastructure equipment.
- Broad understanding of energy systems and plant operations.
- Strong cost management skills and ability to make strategic decisions (e.g., repair vs. replace).
- Familiarity with contractual frameworks and obligations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
