LOCATION: Midland, TX & Lubbock, TX

CONTEXT: We are seeking skilled Generator Technicians to repair and service MQ Power generators, as well as other major brands. Candidates with generator experience across multiple manufacturers are encouraged to apply. While there is no minimum years of experience required, managerial-level expertise will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, including knowledge of controls, reprogramming, electrical circuits, and megger testing. A solid work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain MQ Power generators and other generator brands.
• Troubleshoot and reprogram generator control systems.
• Inspect, test, and repair electrical circuits and related components.
• Perform megger testing to ensure electrical insulation integrity.
• Maintain detailed service records and follow company procedures.
• Support team members and provide leadership if in a senior role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Generator repair/service experience (any brand).
• Strong technical skills in controls, reprogramming, and electrical circuits.
• Experience with megger testing preferred.
• Managerial or leadership experience is a plus.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused.
