Location: GCC Region (Onshore & Offshore)
Industry: Oil, Gas & Petrochemical | Construction (Greenfield & Brownfield)
Experience: 10 Years
Are you a seasoned HSE professional with a passion for safety and compliance in high-risk environments? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental excellence across major oil & gas construction projects. Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or HSE Certification (HND/Accredited HSE Certificate)
• 10 years in Occupational Health & Safety (Oil & Gas preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 & Environmental Management Systems
• Trained in incident investigation tools (TapRoot, SafetyCulture, EasyRCA, etc.)
• Strong command of MS Office & safety reporting tools
• GCC experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure contractor compliance with HSE policies and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Review method statements, JSA’s, and safety certifications
• Monitor site safety practices and lead HSE awareness programs
• Support implementation of HSE performance monitoring and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a strong safety culture
• Ensure compliance with company’s standards and legal requirements
