The HSE Advisor will be based in Kuwait and will support HSE activities for Wireline Services. The role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The HSE Advisor will be based in Kuwait and will support HSE activities for Wireline Services. The role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The HSE Advisor will also provide training and guidance to employees, monitor and report on HSE performance, and promote a strong safety culture across all Wireline operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Wireline Services operations in Kuwait comply with company HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Promote safety, health, and environmental protection as core values in all activities.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE matters, including emergency response and safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.
- Support the development, implementation, and communication of HSE policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Act as a key point of contact for Wireline Services teams regarding HSE matters.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized and reputed university.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience, including 7 years as HSE personnel in the relevant field.
- Completion of one or more certified HSE courses in: General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, ASSP Certificate in Global Safety Management or equivalent, Valid First Aider certification as per HE.004.
