EngineeringWe are looking for a Partners & Permitting Manager for one of our clients with the following details:
Duration: One year Renewable
Location(s): Project Management Team (PMT) of COMPANY will be located in Paris, France during FEED phase. Relocation after the detailed engineering in EPC offices.
Status: Resident
Qualifications & Experience Required
- University Degree in Business, Law or Technical Discipline. Experience:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas with a good understanding of government relations, maintaining, and control of documents.
- Relevant experience in similar roles engaging with Stakeholders, managing relationships and supporting the Project and Affiliate Management in steering the Company objectives with the Partners.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
PARTNERS management:
- Organize and follow up meetings to get partners specific required information on an as needed basis
- Povide support to COMPANY to organize all administrative aspects of partners relations
- Coordinate and provide support to COMPANY to screen information and documents for consistency before issuance to partners and ensure they are presented in a timely manner
- Provide support to COMPANY to develop and maintain a register of all correspondences with partners
- Provide advice and recommendations on the issues raised by partners outside of the formal meetings and correspondences.
PERMITTING management:
- To act as the focal point of contcact / responsible person for coordination with project management, the Iraqi government bodies to ensure that all permits, licences and consents approval requests are developed, and the Permits & Consents obtained in a timely manner in accordance with the Permits, Licences, Authorisation, Notifications & Consents (PLANC) Register.
- To regularly update the PLANC Register with status and generate reports required.
- To develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets & reporting tools as necessary to carry out the work.
- To coordinate the meetings with the Authorities and write the minutes of meetings to obtain sign off the minutes.
- To coordinate, where applicable, the participation of Government Representatives assigned to the project.
- To carry out any duties assigned in furtherance of the above activities or other activities as may be assigned from time to time.
