This position reports to
Local Division Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for the technical coordination of the project. You will also be responsible for defining the technical architecture, designing technical solutions, scheduling tasks and managing budgets. You will be involved in project commissioning. Main activities on this position: - Defining the composition of the technical project team with the project manager (skills, availability). - Defining the project's technical requirements (hardware, software, human resources, etc.) - Participating in drawing up the project schedule with the project manager. - Conducting studies for all or part of the customer project, including calculation notes, sizing, equipment selection, functional analysis, organic architecture analysis, single line diagrams, developed diagrams, etc. - Functionally supervising a technical team of several people (service technicians, service engineers, external service providers). - Leading team technical reviews and arbitrate on technical choices. - Ensure technical acceptance (FAT /SAT) with the customer. Coordinate and optimize project completion times.

Qualifications for the role
- Degree in electrical engineering and automation.
- At least 7 years' industry-recognized experience.
- English and French read, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of the maritime environment is a plus.
- Behavioral skills: Autonomy / Results orientation / Synthesis / Rigor / Teamwork / Analytical skills.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
