As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer at Honeywell, in Brno or Prague, you lead a project team developing safety critical and complex products for various types of aircraft belonging to Urban Air Mobility market segment, working on projects dealing with the future of air travel and mobility. You will be responsible for the project from planning, execution to the controller delivery to the customers. This is a hybrid role 3+2.

Key responsibilities
- Initiate and manage cost and schedule data, including analysis and maintenance of program schedules and financial forecasts.
- Develop and lead program-level processes, training materials, and support tools for effective program planning and resource management.
- Support the program manager with budgeting tasks, such as funding exercises and forecasting, and generate a responsibility assignment matrix.
- Coordinate and assist with proposal activities, program re-plans, risk mitigation, and change requests to support program-level budgeting.
- Perform analysis on monthly variances to the cost and schedule baseline, and provide recommendations for corrective actions and financial forecast adjustments.
Key skills and qualifications
- Bachelors/master's degree in Engineering field (preferably Electronic Engineering)
- 5 years' experience with leading complex projects (development of product containing electronics), technical background as a technical lead
- Excellent communications skills, with Project Management knowledge and great understanding of budgeting, financial analysis and cost validation, as well as program/project scheduling/statusing
- Self-motivation and ability to work with little supervision, reliable and committed person
- Excellent command of English language is mandatory (B2/C1) - communication in English (spoken and written) with team located in the US
