About the Job

The mission of the I.T. Business Project Support Engineer at Technip Energies Italy is to ensure the seamless integration and effective utilization of information technology across all phases of our projects. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the project team, IT department, and various other departments involved in project execution

As a delegate of the Project Director/Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the projects IT requirements, which includes planning, delivery, and coordination of support to ensure that the project and client/partner requirements are met.

Your missions:

• He/She is the focal point for all IT related matters towards the Business Projects stakeholders
• Analyze and interpret contractual documentation
• Execute and oversee Business project activities, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate Business project risks, ensuring successful delivery.
• Prepares the IT project execution plan in accordance with the Company Business operating procedures and specific client/contract requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and external stakeholders ensuring satisfaction with project deliverables.
• Gathering, preparing, and providing all essential data for estimating manpower requirements and IT costs, monitors the costs against the budget, identifies and implements remedial actions in case of overrun;
• Initiates and reviews procurement activity to ensure compliance with project specifications
• coordinate the implementation of the Construction Sites infrastructure and manage all IT-related issues during the construction phase.
• be actively involved in transforming traditional processes into digital ones, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability.

About You

Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Project management a similar position or first experience in a large international group.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments in a multicultural environment.
• Availability to travel frequently.
• Team spirit and goal oriented approach.
