About the mission we offer you:

His main role and responsibilities are the implementation of the risk management process during proposal and project execution:

  • Establishes and manages the risk organization, procedures & plans, tools for the project
  • Identifies and assess the risks in all areas/disciplines through workshops and interviews of project stakeholders. Analyses and consolidates the information into the project risk register.
  • Works with the risks owners to define mitigation plan, fall back plan or optimizations to de-risk the future execution.
  • Prepares, organizes and chairs the Risk Management reviews.
  • Performs Quantitative Risk Assessment (Monte-carlo analysis) and Schedule Risk Analysis to recommend and monitor the project contingency and the schedule reliability.
  • Presents to the senior management the top risks and mitigation plans.
  • During project execution, prepares and communicates the project margin trend sensitivity to finance stakeholders.
  • Ensures appropriate reporting within the project management team, the risk management department and to the client if applicable.


About you:

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

  • Engineering degree in or equivalent.
  • Confirmed experience (ideally 5 years minimum) in Engineering & Construction Industry within project environment.
  • Demonstrate a good level of understanding of general project issues and a good awareness of cost.


And also:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team worker and able to take the chair meetings within multi-cultural teams and Clients.
  • Fluent English.
  • Skills with SAFRAN RISK (software for performing integrated cost and schedule risk analysis) is a plus
