How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Become a vital part of a major project that will provide a world-leading semiconductor manufacturer with a high-purity carrier gas supply. While actively contributing to the project realization, your focus will be the subsequent operation and maintenance of all bulk gas analysis systems located at our customer site in Dresden, Germany.

Your focus will gradually change from the active project realization to the subsequent operation of the bulk gas analysis systems.
  • During the project realization of the bulk gas analysis field you will define technical requirements of supplier packages and request for offers
  • During you technical supplier visits you will check on the manufacturing progress and delivery fulfillment
  • Depending on the project complexity you will deliver support during installation and commissioning phase of bulk gas analysers & analyser systems
  • You will coordinate and plan the relevant OEM equipment training
  • You will be accountable for the qualification of complex high-purity gas supply systems
  • You will check and complete the corresponding device documentation for the gas analyser equipment, including P&IDs
  • In close interaction with our equipment supplier you will handle the technical part of our framework contracts as well as the supply of spare parts
  • In the subsequent operation of the gas analysis installations additionally you will operate, monitor, maintain and optimize the analysis devices and systems
  • You will document all activities in device cards and databases
  • You will handle the qualification and release measurements in day-to-day business in the form of measurement campaigns as well as troubleshooting in out of control situations

Are you a MATCH?

  • University degree in Analytical Chemistry, Physical Science, Engineering or comparable practical qualification
  • Knowledge of the production and handling of high-purity carrier gases (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Hydrogen & Helium) in semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge of analytical methods and sampling techniques used for these high purity bulk gases (gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopic applications, particle counting, etc)
  • Experience in installation, start-up, operation and maintenance of high purity gas analyzers
  • Project management skills
  • Willingness to transfer a project to subsequent operation and to move later from the role of project engineer to that of operation engineer
  • Mandarin and English fluency is mandatory, German is beneficial
  • Good user skills in MS Office/Google
  • General knowledge of quality management and Quality assurance systems and knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent teamwork capabilities
