CSA Finishes Manager – Commercial Construction – Hyper-scale Data Centre Project – Finland
      
This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced CSA Manager to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established Data Centre Contractor based in Dublin with this project based in Helsinki, Finland. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced CSA Manager to join their team on a permanent basis working on a hyper-scale data centre project in Helsinki, Finland.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage the co-ordination of the Civil and Structural work for the project
• Quality Assurance
• Project Scheduling in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineer/Architects etc.
• Day-to-day site operations
• Subcontractor management
• Attend site and handover meetings
• Liaise with Design Team
• Progress reports
• Attend commercial meetings
• Review drawings and setting out details
• Carry out distribute & close out CSA snags

Requirements:

• Trade qualified or construction related qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on a large-scale project as an Engineer and 2 years in a Manager role
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong communication skills with all levels of project staff
• Ability to manage time, drive productivity and meet deadlines
• Data Centre experience is advantageous
