Engineering Assistant
My client are a renowned Engineering company working within the Energy industry and based in Dyce, Aberdeen.
We are currently looking for an Engineer Assistant to strengthen the team.
This is an ENTRY LEVEL ROLE, IF YOU ARE A GRADUATE PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT OUR GRADUATE ROLES
 What will you be doing?

• Input to the technical content of the Workpacks or equivalent for appropriate pressure systems or equipment for approval by the Senior Integrity Engineer to ensure they are delivered in accordance with the plan
• Ensure effective data management within inspection database and maintenance management systems
• Support the follow-up of any recommendation actions from the inspection reports
• Maintain registers for SCAB, P3, deadleg, trunnion, CUI, BOLL, FM etc
• Support to the Integrity Engineer for the FM program – assessing priority through to raising the Maintenance Orders for the FM to be carried out.
• Input to the anomaly process as directed by Senior / Integrity Engineers
• Input to the management of the engineering plans including weekly updates to the Senior / Integrity Engineer
• Management of work scopes and tasks and maintenance of progress reports
• Conduct self verification activities relative to the tasks above
• Any other tasks assigned by senior team members, in particular Technical or Contract Manager.

• Good command of the English language and will be able to communicate well in both verbal and written form
