About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline HT & Precomm Lead.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) within the offshore and subsea pipeline pre-commissioning field.

Key Responsibilities:
Report to the Precommissioning Manager and installation.

• Develop technical documentation related to Hydrotesting and Precommissioning activities as per bid or project requirements.
• Draw up operational schedules for Hydrotesting and Precommissioning operations in coordination with other function engineers.
• Perform necessary calculations and verification to select the appropriate materials, consumables, and equipment for Hydrotesting and Precommissioning operations.
• Design temporary items for Hydrotesting and Precommissioning operations and oversee the fabrication process.
• Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from Hydrotesting and Precommissioning subcontractors and issue relevant Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs) to the procurement department.
• Attend internal and client meetings to discuss technical aspects of Hydrotesting and Precommissioning activities.
• Notify direct supervisor and Project Manager of any issues occurring within other engineering areas.
• Supervise Hydrotesting and Precommissioning subcontractors during both engineering and execution phases of the project.
• Follow up on Hydrotesting and Precommissioning activities on-site for both on-shore and off-shore pipeline projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience with an EPCI Contractor in Engineering, Procurement, and Execution.
• Expertise in Offshore & Subsea Pipeline Pre-commissioning.
• University degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to site locations as needed.

• Candidates must have specific experience in conducting pipeline commissioning activities such as:
• Cleaning
• Gauging
• Caliper Pigging
• Hydrotesting
• Dewatering
• Preservation
