NES Fircroft are currently recruiting HV Service SCADA Engineer's to work on our clients substations, based in Ireland.
One element of the overall program is the provision of Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) and energy metering services to both of these entities.
The position of HV Services SCADA engineer will require extensive Nationwide travel. Applicants will be expected to attend our clients sites every week to carry out work as scheduled by the HV Services Manage

Key Responsibilities
All work will take place in a substation environment and the contractor’s responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of Risk Assessment Method Statements
- Installation of cable management and cabinet preparation
- Installation of active equipment (RTU, GPS antenna, energy meter etc)
- Installation and termination of cabling
- Quality control for third party SCADA cable installations
- Reporting
- Safety oversight of work
Essential
- Qualified electrician. Full clean driving licence.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems.
- Experience working in a High Voltage environment
