We are currently seeking a Start-Up Engineer Junior , reporting directly to the HEad of Start-Up ROC to join the team based in Rome, Italy.

About The Role:
The Start-up Junior Engineer will be part of Start-up Engineering and Handover Section and, upon her/his assignment to an ongoing Project, will work under direct responsibility and tutorship of Start-up Manager to execute all the preparation documents and tasks required from the Contract, in line with Project standards and Procedures. Then, upon proper development and completion of preparation activities, the Start-up Junior Engineer will be mobilized to Plant site to implement all the activities defined and developed during Preparation phase.
After a preliminary period of training about TENs tools and methods in use in the Start-up Service, the Junior Engineer will start to work daily in a project, in team of start-up Manager, by executing the following main activities:

About The Role:

After a preliminary period of training about TENs tools and methods in use in the Start-up Service, the Junior Engineer will start to work daily in a project, in team of start-up Manager, by executing the following main activities:
- Analyze and study Project requirements for Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up phase
- Develop and Implement project System Subdivision by splitting the Plant into the different systems and subsystems to be identified in the relevant PIDs and drawings.
- Set-up and populate the Construction and Handover Management System (Easy Plant) to obtain for each system and subsystem the relevant component list associated with all the activities to be executed during site phase.
- Prepare and customize for the Project all the necessary procedures, method statement, quality control plans, schedule.
- Develop, in collaboration with Training Section and Process department, the Plant Operating Manuals.
- Interface with the Engineering department to participate to specific session of design review (PID reviews, Plant 3D model, HAZOP)
- Cooperate with Planning department to develop PCCSU sequence and detailed System Schedule
- Cooperate with subcontracting department to develop contractual requirements for Main Subcontractor and Specialized Companies
- Support Start-up manager in organizing the following Site phase: develop organization chart, mobilization plan, vendor and licensor assistance schedule, special activities dossier
- Mobilize to site as Start-up Engineer or Handover Engineer for PCCSU phase of the Project.
