In this position the Job Holder is responsible for implementing and managing higher level service offerings for Natural Gas Customers in the agreed sales territory. Create an in-depth knowledge of target customer sites through site valve audits and integration into the end user business activities.

In an operational sense to be the bridge between Sales, Valves Service Center and the ASP. Create joint account plans with Sales and direct Valves Service Organization and or ASPs to increase installed base business and maximize our revenues at target end user accounts.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Drive increased dependency on Valves through the implementation of higher level services and integration of Valves Service and ASP actions into the business of the end user
• Continually identify opportunities for service/product/process improvements and plan with Sales, Valves Service Centers and or ASP (as appropriate) to promote to the end user
• Identify Emerson service opportunities and pass to the Emerson Services organization
• Perform training for customers and sales teams
• Visit customers for performing start-ups, guarantee repairs and other service activities

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Knowledge of the natural gas industry and other key industry applications (refining, power, oil & gas, chemical)
• Significant experience in servicing and repairing regulators, slum shut valves (preferable 2 years)
• Strong solution orientation knowledge acquired through years of experience
• Proven self-starter, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions
• Willingness to work across territory boundaries within Europe
• Proficient in English and Polish

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Interest and experience in the field of automation hardware and software, I&C and processes - supported by the theme of the diploma thesis, internships, etc. would be a plus
• Knowledge of other European languages
• Knowledge of process control
